Reasi, March 20: Acting upon the directions of State Pollution Control Board, Deputy Commissioner Indu Kanwal Chib sealed King’s Hotel involved in grave violation of environmental norms at Katra.
The hotel has been found guilty of not installing Sewage Treatment Plant, according to the Environment Protection Act 1986 and were therefore sealed in presence of District Pollution Control Board Officer.
The owners of the hotel had also been served notices before the closure of their hotel.
