SRINAGAR, Aug 25: Minister for Rural Development and Panchayati Raj, Mr. Abdul Haq is to be conferred with the “Bharat Jyoti Award” by India International Friendship Society (IIFS) during a conference on “Economic Growth and National Integration” scheduled to be held at New Delhi on 29th of Aug, 2015.
