Jammu, Jan 18: The National Investigation Agency will probe the case pertaining to the arrest of J&K DySP Devinder Singh and three terrorists & re-registered the case on the orders of the Ministry of Home Affairs.
Three Hizbul Mujahideen terrorists and DySP Davinder Singh were arrested and arms and ammunition seized from them while they were travelling in a car near Qazigund on the Srinagar-Jammu national highway.
After receiving MHA’s order, NIA has re-registered this case as RC No 01/2020/ NIA and started the investigation.
