New Delhi, Jan 15: As per the directions passed by High Court iN a PIL, the CBI has started a probe into alleged violations of the Master Plan of Patnitop area by hotel owners.
It has alleged in PIL regarding huge violation of the Master Plan of Patnitop area, resulting in 70 per cent of hotels and restaurants having been constructed without permission.
The CBI had reportedly dispatched a special team of arround two dozen of CBI officers to carry out the enquiry, who are presently camping at Patnitop, Udhampur and Jammu in connection with this enquiry.
