New Delhi, Jan 14: After a hot exchange by different political parties, MHA today handed over the case of DySP Devinder Singh to NIA.
Pertinent to mention here that the said officer was carrying terrorists out side the state to plot a terrorist attack & presence of ammunition at his house clearly proved his open involvement with terrorists.
He had been charged for money extortion & other matters related to along with selling of illegal contraband.
