Srinagar, Nov 5: In a letter written to deputy commissioner Srinagar, Mehbooba Mufti’s daughter has asked the administration to shift her mother, under detention at a guesthouse in Srinagar to a place equipped to deal with the winter.
She further wrote that the Centre will be responsible if anything happens to her mother.
