SRINAGAR, June 02: During the winding up discussion on general budget, Finance minister Dr Haseeb A Drabu said that he has initiated the process where he has to take out the wrond doings of sixty years and cannot be undone in one year.
Drabu looked at Opposition leaders and MLA Udhampur and said “If I reveal everything, where will you hide“. Drabu asked Opposition to be reasonable while reacting as they are in assembly and not in Tagore hall.
Drabu said “You heard budgets telling the increase or decrease in sectors which is part of the budget papers. It is not part of the speech. You should have read papers before making statements”.
Drabu said the Economic Survey will be tabled in August and it will be a speaking document on the social and economic sectors of the state.
