JAMMU, May 10: The Gran Fondo Cycling event was held in Jammu on 8th May which was designed to enjoy cycling while climbing fitness ladder.
In MTB category , 1st position was bagged by Sunil Kumar , 2nd by Anil Sharma and 3rd by Sumeet Singh.
In Women category , 1st position went to Vaishanavi.
In ROOD category , 1st position went to Rohit Kumar , whereas in Hybrid Category , 1st position went to Lt Col Romil Bharatwal.
Total 67 riders participated in 1st of its kind event in Jammu and 55 of them completed the race. 12 years old Sarthak was the youngest to finish the race .
Sources told Cross Town News Many J&K Govt officials participated in the event including Ranjeet Singh KAS(ACR Kishtwar) , Ajay Salan Jr KAS and Anil Sharma DIO Udhampur.
