New Delhi, April 24: Lawyer submits report in SC regarding claims that there was a conspiracy to frame CJI in sexual harassment case. SC peruses report of lawyer filed in sealed cover about allegations that there are some who manage verdicts.
SC asks chiefs of CBI, IB and Delhi Police to appear before it in connection with sexual harassment allegations against CJI.
Three-judge special bench said that it isn’t an enquiry, we are meeting chiefs of CBI, IB, Delhi Police in secret and they will meet judges in chamber at 12:30 pm said SC. We will reassemble to hear sexual harassment charges against CJI at 3 pm after meeting CBI, IB, Delhi Police chiefs.
