NEW DELHI, May 03: The Supreme Court has listed on Thursday the hearing into the application filed by the state Government seeking exemption of the state’s aspirants from National Eligibility Entrance Test for Medical courses.
Jammu and Kashmir government on Monday filed application in the Supreme Court seeking exemption of the state’s aspirants from National Eligibility Entrance Test for medical courses.
As per reports, A Supreme Court five Judge Bench headed by Justice Anil Dave and comprising justices A K Sikiri, R K Agarwal, Adarsh Kumar Goel and R Banumathi heard the pleas. Senior advocates Gopal Subramanium and senior advocate K Vishwanathan, were to appear for the State apart from Advocate General D C Raina.
