NEW DELHI, Apr 09: A man was detained while trying to throw a shoe at Delhi chief minister Arvind Kejriwal when he was addressing a press conference on the second odd-even plan in the city.As per reports , the shoe did not hit the chief minister.
The attacker was identified as Ved Prakash and he claimed he was from Aam Aadmi Sena, a breakaway faction of AAP. He talked about alleged irregularities in distribution of CNG stickers and claimed that no action has been taken though a complaint was filed by him.Cars running on CNG are exempt from the second phase of odd-even scheme which would be launched on April 15.(Agencies)
