JAMMU, Mar 28: J&K Government has asked all Administrative secretaries Junior Scale KAS officers of 2012-(I) & (11) Batch may be relieved after 31st March to join on new postings.
The order copy available with Cross Town News states “ The undersigned is directed to invite attention of all the concerned Administrative Secretaries towards Government Order No. 267-GAD of 2016 dated 26.3.2016 and 268-GAD of 2016 dated 26.3.2016, regarding the subject, and to request that these officers may be relieved only at the end of the current financial year, ending 31' March, 2016, keeping in view the fact that most of these officers are either associated with the activities relating to the disbursement of relief or are functioning as Drawing and Disbursing Officers, particularly in the development oriented departments. The necessary instructions in this regard may be conveyed to all the concerned Heads of the Departments immediately with a view to obviating the avoidable administrative inconvenience.”
