JAMMU, Mar 17: Commissioner Secretary, Technical Education, YSS and Information Technology, Hirdesh Kumar attended a Post Graduate Programme in Public Policy and Management (2014-15) in Management Development Institute, Gurgaon. The programme was sponsored by the Department of Personnel and Training, Government of India, New Delhi on recommendation of the State Government.
Hirdesh Kumar successfully completed the programme and on the Annual Convocation 2016 of Management Development Institute Gurgaon, has been awarded the Post Graduate Diploma in Public Policy and Management. He has been declared topper of the course and obtained highest CGPA of 9.43. He has been awarded Director’s Gold Medal for the achievement. Gold Medal was conferred upon him by Union Minister of State for Finance, Jayant Sinha, at the Convocation on 13th March, 2016.
