Things are changing fast in today’s environment whether be your lifestyle, eating habits , personal relationship, General relationship etc.

The Marriage is no different to it. Divorces in India are on a ever rise whether be among people from Metros or tier C cities. It is not about the two person are getting divorced but about the families and kids involved and many a times have to go through the stage of blame games.

There are various data sheets which suggest that the mind set up of younger generations are changing and they do not take Divorce as such a big deal as it was use to be a decade back and more interestingly data suggest that those who take 1st divorce , in many case have been vulnerable to 2nd or 3rd divorce.

There is need to understand the changing psychology , the changing lifestyles and the adaptive mind setup. While talking to group of people, it was confirmed people have high egos and that turns out be the decisive factor in many divorces. Group of people said people have high egos and they do not to bend in front of spouse in any how condition whether it be Husband or Wife.

They said the old philosophy that Wife should be the softer partner is changing and  which is quite right keeping the gender equality in mind. The long working hours , the pressure to perform and high spending nature are also leading reasons for the split.

Marriage as said is not about two person, it involves other stakeholders as well from families to kids. A divorce is not only separation of partners but in many cases have a long-lasting affect on families and especially kids , who in their growing age have to undergo the agony in varied aspects.

The group of people said , if things are taken softly and swiftly , biggest of issues can be solved and relationships can last longer but in the end it is only upto the individual what he/she wants in life or whether adjustments will have priority or not.

A more deeper thought is the need and decisions should be taken keeping the consequences in mind even though if it has be individualistic approach.
