JAMMU, Feb 27:J&K Government has ordered confirmation of officers appointed through Combined Competitive Examination 2008 batch in J&K. The order states " In pursuance of Rule 22(1) (a) of the Jammu and Kashmir Civil Services (Classification, Control and Appeal) Rules, 1956 read with Rule 4 of the Jammu and Kashmir Combined Competitive Service (Probation and Examination) Rules, 2000, it is hereby ordered that the following officers appointed, vide Government Order No. 429-GAD of 2008 dated 03.04.2008, shall be deemed to have completed their probation period satisfactorily:
1 Mohd Rashid (Excise & Taxation)
2 Mukhtar Ahmed (RDD)
This order is issued without prejudice to the inter-seseniority of these officers in their departmental service which will be finalized by their Administrative Departments in accordance with the relevant rules".
