Jammu, May 3: Former Deputy chief Minister Dr Nirmal Singhsaid no sane person would try to shield the culprits involved in the rape and murder of an eight-old-year old girl in Rasana.
Singh said that the Kathua case should not be seen through the prism of caste or religion. There should have been no politics on it, but unfortunately that was politicized. Now the case is in the Court and it will deal with it.
