SRINAGAR, Feb 15: PDP President Mehbooba Mufti and senior PDP politicians on Monday visited CM Mufti’s grave and paid their tributes to him on the 40th day of former chief minister Mufti Mohammad Sayeed’s demise.
Mehbooba turned emotional but showed strength while managing affairs. She refused to talk to Media persons present at the spot.
Sources in BJP , told Cross Town News that Senior BJP Ministers also paid tribute to late Mufti Sayeed in Srinagar and had small meeting with Mehbooba Mufti which was more on personal account.
Sources told Cross Town News that BJP Ministers including Ex Dy CM Nirmal Singh, Ex Industries Minister CP Ganga left for Srinagar from Jammu on Monday morning flight and by afternoon flight they all returned and there were no talks on government formation.
Sources told Cross Town News that Ram Madhav could not make today on 40th Day Ritual ceremony of Mufti Sayeed at Srinagar due to some unavoidable reason but will visit Mehbooba Mufti in coming days.
