JAMMU, Feb 03: An interesting theory can be witnessed in coming days If PDP President Mehbooba Mufti refuses to stake claim for government formation, If such a thing happens then the Governor has to invite the 2nd largest party, BJP to form the government in the state , an opportunity for BJP to create history by claiming to form government in J&K , History will be created even also if they will not be able to show their strength on the floor.
Sources told Cross Town News that Governor NN Vohra may soon set a deadline for PDP over government formation in J&K and if PDP decides to refuse, Governor can invite BJP to form the government and give BJP some time to prove their majority on the floor of the House. This is where BJP might sense an opportunity of getting first Hindu to sit on the chair.
Experts told Cross Town News that even if BJP fails the floor test with a no confidence vote, the Assembly could be dissolved but BJP chief minister could be allowed to serve as the acting CM till the time Election Commission holds next elections.
This will be cleared in coming days , whether Hindu CM history will be written in Jammu & Kashmir or not , even if Mehbooba takes oath as J&K CM , a history will be written as she will be the first woman CM of J&K.
