JAMMU, Jan 30: Governor N.N. Vohrahas expressed grief over the sad demise of Gen. K.V. Krishna Rao, former Governor of Jammu & Kashmir.
In a condolence message, the Governor has conveyed his sympathies to the members of the bereaved family and prayed for peace to the departed soul.
