JAMMU, Jan 19: It is a big concern of the day that Officers do not bother for the instructions issued by the Government from time to time for the benefit of public. Innocents never get the benefits of the schemes like Public Service Guarantee Act of 2011, RTI, Act of 2009 etc. etc.
In one contempt petition 158 0f 2015 an order was passed by the Hon’ble High court, Jammu to file compliance report within two weeks but officers did not bothered for. Thereafter personal appearance of Secretary, PSC was called in next date of hearing in order dated 3.07.2015 but till date no actions by the big officers. In SWP No. 1676 of 2013 it was ordered to file affidavit in response to the supplementary affidavit filed by the appellant but the GAD big bosses till date did not bothered to file speaks their supremacy over and above the Hon’ble High Court orders. Till the time Government will not take strong actions on such like officers, innocents will not get justice from the Hon’ble High Courts but who bothers. This speaks of the work culture in J&K, of which Government talks of.
