JAMMU, Jan 14: National Conference provincial president Devender Singh Rana has urged the cadre to launch a mass contact programme and reach out to the masses.He said that a political worker must always remain prepared for an electoral battle especially when ore so when the political set-up in the state was unstable.
Rana asked Party Workers to reach out to people by enhancing mass contact outreach, identifying their problems and seeking their resolution at appropriate levels.
