SRINAGAR, Jan 05: Rain and snowfall in patches provided some respite to people in Kashmir from the winter chill as minimum temperatures rose across the state on Tuesday with forecast possibility of rain and snow on Tuesday in higher reaches.
Srinagar witnessed a cloudy morning on Tuesday as the minimum temperature rose to 0.8 degree Celsius.In Ladakh region, chances of isolated rain and snowfall on Tuesday was predicted.
The minimum overnight temperature in Jammu city was 10.2 degrees Celsius today.
