Jammu, Dec 03: Rural Development is no doubt known for its popularity in different kind of scams but on a complaint filed in Chief Ministers Grievance cell, which was further forwarded to RD&PR vide its registration No. 69382 & 70663 detected scams in the department.
Executive Engineer, REW, Kathua submitted his report to Superintending Engineer, REW, Jammu in ref. to his letter dated 31.10.2017, which speaks a new shocking story of frauds in the department & added a feather in the cap of the bosses of the department.
The communication clearly speaks the frauds committed by misutalization of Govt. funds & needed to be verified by Vigilance to detect a multi crore scam in the department.
Minister, Ab. Haq Khan from the date had taken over the charge of RD&PR, always talks of transperacy in media/meetings but every time a new story of publication of frauds in the department speaks of transperacy & competance of the big boss of the department & is a matter of great concern.
