JAMMU, Jan 2:J&K High Court on Saturday stayed the Government Order regarding introduction of screening test to assess the teaching ability of ReT Teachers.
After hearing Advocate S K Shukla for the petitioners and Additional Advocate General, Ravinder Gupta for the respondents, Justice Tashi Rabstan issued notice to the State.
“Meanwhile subject to objections from the other side, the operation of order impugned No.631-Edu of 2015 dated 29-12-2015 shall not be acted upon till next date of hearing and to be listed in the first week of February”, the High Court directed.
