JAMMU, Dec 30: CM Mufti Sayeed in one the biggest political asset that Jammu & Kashmir is having and his good health is all important for his family and people of Jammu & Kashmir.. Is this new low in Mufti’s health a beginning shot for close look at the CM throne for Mehbooba Mufti. Sources told Cross Town News CM Mufti might take 3-4 days more to recover fully though he is stable and recovering fast and well. Sources told Cross Town News that CM Mufti is keeping a check on the working in state and is in regular touch with his team.
Union Home Minister Rajnath Singh on Tuesday met Chief Minister of Jammu and Kashmir Mufti Mohammad Sayeed in AIIMS here, where he is undergoing treatment. Singh enquired the health of Sayeed and wished him speedy recovery.
With the age factor and health considerations of CM Mufti , Mehbooba Mufti’s name has been in the air since October. She has been trained by her father and has got all ingredients to sit on the highest chair. Sources told Cross Town News that PDP leaders would primarily love Mufti Sayeed to be in the leading role but they also have full confidence in the leadership skills of Mehbooba Mufti.
Souces revealed that even if Mehbooba takes up the role of CM in near future , Senior Mufti would remain the guiding force.
