JAMMU, Dec 20: Senior Party leader and MLA from Jammu West Sat Sharma was on Sunday appointed the new BJP State president.
Sat Sharma was elected unopposed by executive members of BJP as new president at a function held at party headquarters in Jammu.
While speaking to Cross Town News Sat Sharma said “I would work towards strengthening the party at the grassroots level as this is where party will get strengthen. My first focus would be on the upcoming ULB elections".
Sat Sharma won the 2014 Assembly elections from Jammu West with record margin of 52,000 votes and his skillful role in the recently held elections of the Ladakh turned all tables in his favour.
