Srinagar, October 16: PSC had issued tenders for house keeping, which reads as:-
For and on behalfof the Governor ofJ&K State sealed tenders affixed withRs. 5/- (five)stamp are invited from entrepreneurs having expertise in the field for providing services of House-keeping for Commission's office Complex at Reshamgarh colony, Bakshi Nagar Jammu/Solina Srinagar. The tender documents giving the details ofthe job required to be performed and the general terms and conditions applicable thereto can be downloaded from the official website of the Commission i.e. www.ikpsc.nic.in.
The tenders indicating the rates offered premises-wise on monthly basis, duly completed in all respects,should be submitted in cover I. The rates offered must be inclusive of service/Income tax or any other taxes and duties chargeable on the services so to be rendered. Such taxes/duties/charges shall be deductible at source at the time(s) of disbursement. The cover II shall contain the earnest money deposit of
Rs. 8000/- (Rupees eight thousand only) in the shape of CDR pledged to the Secretary, J&K Public Service Commission.
The last date for receipt ofthe tendersshall be 23.10.2017upto 5.00 p.m.All the tenders shall be opened on 25th of October, 2017 at 3.00 p.m. in
presence of the tenderers who may wish to be present at J&K Public Service Commission, Solina Srinagar.
The contract shall be valid for a period of one year from the date of allotment.
