JAMMU,Dec 09: Commercial Tax department in Jammu & Kashmir in last one month has tighten the noose on the Overstayed/non performing officers.
Sources told Cross Town News that in Commercial Tax department , couple of overstaying officials at prime location in Jammu and Lakhanpur have been shunted out to less important wings. Similar treatments have been given to non-performing officers. As per sources, one senior Officer who is there in Commercial Tax department from decade could see farewell from the department soon.
Commercial Tax department in last three months not only have made massive increment in the Tax collection but corruption has also reduced remarkably in the department.
