JAMMU, Sep 02: Mysterious hair chopping case are on a rise in Jammu, which is causing fear in resident of in and around areas of Jammu.
Women and young girls have been the target of mysterious gang.
While talking to Cross Town News, people said that the fear among us is rising ebery passing day and we expect actions on it and arresting of miscreants at the earliest.
On the other hand Police is working on all angles to nab the miscreants at the earliest.
One of the resident of posh area of Jammu said, even we have asked ladies of our house to move out carefully as the cases are on the rise.
