Jammu, August 12: Re-employment/Extention in services after superannuation in Jammu and Kashmir is violation of its own orders by the Govt. speaks of vested considerations at some level.
Reports said that favourite retired employees are being re-employed or getting extension in service after their su[perannuation despite a clear-cut ban vide a cabinet decision.
Sources added that from high-ranking bureaucrats to lower rung employees, the Government has not stopped the practice of picking up its favourite and influential officials for re-engagement, extensions or re-employment speaks that government is itself violating rules is a matter of great concern.
