Vadodara, Dec 06: One, Razak Khan who raped and murdered a 6-year-old girl in Valsad, Gujarat, has been sentenced to death by a SPECIAL POCSO court in Valsad . A crowd gathered in the court premises after the sentence was pronounced.
The swift action and investigation by the Valsad Police ensured quick justice for the 6-year-old girl, and the court, by pronouncing the sentence, has sent a strong message against perpetrators of such crimes.
The incident occurred in the Dungra area of Vapi. The 42-year-old Razak Khan raped and murdered the 6-year-old girl on October 23, 2023.
Razak, behaving like a monster, raped the child both naturally and unnaturally, tearing at her body. He then murdered the child after torturing her.
Following the incident, the police immediately swung into action. The police arrested the accused within 48 hours. T
he body was recovered based on the accused's confession and identification. Seeing the innocent child's body, the souls of the police personnel, along with the general public, were shaken.
