New Delhi, Nov 11: Jailed Member of Parliament from the Baramulla Lok Sabha constituency, Er Rashid, on Tuesday announced that he will observe a two-day hunger strike from tomorrow to condemn the Delhi blast incident.
In a letter written to the Director General of Prisons, Tihar Jail, New Delhi, MP Er Rashid expressed his grief and protest over the loss of precious human lives in the bomb blast that occurred on November 10, 2025, which left nine people dead and several others injured.
He also voiced concern over media reports suggesting that educated Kashmiris, including Doctors, were joining the path of violence.
