RAJOURI, Sept 30: CEO, Rajouri, Bishamber Dass, along with ZEO Rajouri, conducted a surprise inspection of the school and found poor student engagement, and mismanagement of official records.
Taking immediate action, the CEO ordered withholding of salary of the staff members at GMS Kapa Kha for the month of September.
