Lucknow, May 25: A special CBI court in Lucknow, which is hearing the 1992 Babri demolition case, on Thursday directed BJP leaders LK Advani, Uma Bharti and Murli Manohar Joshi to appear before it on May 30.
The BJP leaders had moved the court seeking exemption from personal appearance at the hearing.
After demolition of Babri Masjid in Ayodhya on December 6, 1992, two FIRs were registered in connection with the incident.
