New Delhi, May 24: Union Minister Nitin Jayram Gadkari said that the Major Gogoi should be awarded Padma Bhushan.
He added that Major Gogoi used his presence of mind to save several soldiers. It is amatter of great appericiation for such kind of solidiers.
