Thane, May 17: Police have booked three persons, including two doctors, from Bhiwandi in a case of alleged sexual harassment of a medical practitioner while being operated upon at the hospital.
The victim was operated by the accused doctor on May 12. While carrying out the operation the accused made a video and passed it on to his friend through social media.
An offence under sections 354(A) (sexual harassment), 500 (defamation) and 509 (outraging modesty of a woman) under the IPC have been filed, said police, adding, relevant sections of the Information Technology Act too have been added in the case.
The matter is being investigated, said police.
