Srinagar, May 15: Security agencies are in the process of formulating a safe security plan for thel Amarnath pilgrimage.
The Yatra would commence from June 28 from the two routes Baltal and Chandanwari.
Reports said that during the preliminary security exercise done by the security agencies, 200 CCTVs would be installed at both the base camps, and also at the vital points en route cave shrine.
It added that necessary arrangements will be in place for safety of pilgrims that includes corridor protection and highway domination, maintenance of roads by BRO, improved telecom connectivity by Department of Telecommunications.
