New Delhi, May 04: Reports said that a three year old minor was raped by her neighbour in central Delhi.
The accused was arrested. The incident came to light when her parents started searching for their child. They were told by the neighbours that she was last seen with accused.
When the parents reached accused house they found the girl bleeding profusely and in an unconscious state, reports said.
She was immediately taken to Lady Hardinge Hospital. Her condition was still critical as bleeding hasn`t stopped yet.
A case has been registered under the Protection of Children against Sexual Offence.
