Jammu, April. 12: It is well aware of the fact that GAD has issued illegal orders of Compulsory retirement in violation of Art.226 of JKCSR, so why are being quashed by the competant courts from time to time but Govt/Law Minister/Commettee members are not ashamed of their negligence.
Yesterday, CTN has publicized the super powers shown by the clerks for implementing High Court orders & in real these are the dead woods but nobody bother but prefer to cause harrassment to innocents.
High court by quashing the compulsory retirement orders issued by GAD orderd to implement within a period of one month but GAD did not did it. Abdul Haq Khan, the Law Minister, while on camera says that he will take strict actions on officers for delay in filing reply/implementations of court orders but seems to be in camera only. He pose to be very intelligent, which can be judged from approving illegal orders of compulsory retirement orders passed in violations & speaks of his law knowings.
However Court has taken very serious note of non implementation of court orders & ordered the Secretary GAD to apper in person in court on 20th April.
It clearly speaks of an idiom "Andher Nagree Chopat Raaj"
