JAMMU, APRIL 12: IRP-7th Battalion organized "RUN FOR FUN" Marathon and a debate competition on the topic "Women as Effective Leadership" under Civic Action Programme at Battalion Headquarters Kot Bhalwal (Seri) Jammu.
The "RUN FOR FUN" Marathon was flagged off by Mumtaz Ahmad, SSP Commandant IRP-7th Battalion in which 57 students from various schools participated.
Tabassum Parveen, SSP, (Dy. Commandant) and Mansha Beig (Adjutant) IRP-7th Bn were also present on the occasion.
Mumtaz Ahmad while addressing the gathering appreciated the efforts of participants as well as of Unit Organizing Committee to make the event a grand success. He said that such kind of events under CAP will also be organized by J&K Police in future to strengthen the police public relation.
Cash prizes and certificates were distributed among the winners and participants.
