The Divisional Commissioner Kashmir, Baseer Ahmad Khan has appointed Chief Engineer R&B as head of enquiry committee.
The action has been taken after a complaint was filed against them by a resident of Khanyar who had complained that the two engineers had started construction of a road in Khanyar locality.
