NEW DELHI,Oct 16: Haryana Chief Minister Manohar Lal Khattar on Friday came under attack from all quarters over his controversial remarks on the gruesome murder in Uttar Pradesh's Dadri area. Leaders across the political line hit out at him with some accusing him of playing politics with religion.
In an interview to Indian Express, Khattar said Muslims can continue to live in India, but they will have to give up eating beef as cow is an article of faith.
