JAMMU,Mar 30: J&K Government has accorded sanction to the constitution of a High Level Coordination Committee (HLCC) to prepare fully integrated plans for development of Katra Town
The order copy avaialble with Cross Town News states " Constitution of High Level Coordination Committee to prepare fully integrated plans for development of Katra Town. Government Order No. Lj 0 Y -GAD of 2017 Dated: 30 .03.2017, Sanction is hereby accorded to the constitution of a High Level Coordination Committee (HLCC) with the following composition:-
1. Administrative Secretary, Housing & Urban Development Department (Chairman)
2. Chief Executive Officer, Shri Mata Vaishno Devi Shrine Board.
3. Administrative Secretary, Tourism
4. Deputy Commissioner, Reasi
5. Director, Urban Local Bodies, Jammu
The terms of reference of the committee shall be to: i. prepare fully integrated plans for development of Katra Town and its surroundings; ii. ensure that all the agencies function in a coordinated manner; and iii. implement all the schemes relating to Katra Town including the Swachh Iconic Places Scheme launched by the Government of India. The committee shall be serviced by the Shri Mata Vaishno Devi Shrine Board.
