Berhampur, March 28: Reports said that a 16 year old girl was allegedly gangraped by five people, including a cousin for over a week in a forest in Odisha's Ganjam district. The girl along with her father gave a detailed episode version to SP directly.
According to the complaint, the girl was forcibly kidnapped by one of the accused from her house on March 9 mid night when she was sleeping.The four others, who were waiting outside tied her eyes and took her into the nearby jungle and repeatedly raped for nine days before leaving her on March 18, reports said.
Police said the accused have been identified and would be arrested. A case into the matter has been registered & investigations started.
