Srinagar, March 20: Er Rasheed said that elections are no substitute for the resolution of Kashmir dispute and added that the resolution of the long pending dispute lies in holding a free and fair plebiscite. He said that the party believes in democratic processes and is of the opinion that the democracy is the only tool that can be used for the peaceful resolution of the dispute.
Rasheed said that National Conference and PDP have not only disappointed Kashmiris but are also responsible in creating such a situation
He said that the elections are being conducted at a time when the situation is not good.
