CANDIGARH:The Congress party is tipped to win elections in Punjab, winning 62-71 seats in the 117-member assembly, an India Today-Axis My India exit poll said.
The Aam Aadmi Party is projected at 42-51 seats , whereas SAD-BJP to get around 10 seats.
