SRINAGAR, Mar 03: Twenty youth were arrested in raids by police in Ratnipora village of Pulwama district , which lead to a complete shutdown in the area on Friday, reports said.
As per reports the arrested youths were allegedly involved in stone pelting on the cavalcade of a minister some days back.
