JAMMU, Mar 03: It looks like that J&k Government is reluctnat to gve NOC to one of the top rated IAS officer, Shahid Iqbal for Deputation to pretigious United Nations.
Shahid has got the lifetime opportunity to work with prestigious organization in USA and then ttravelling to various countries.
Sources told Cross Town News that even CM Mehbooba is not very keen to give NOC to Shahid to proceed on International deputation as he is holding charge of many important posts in J&K.
Sources added that keeping on account that it will a proud moment as JK cadre and local IAS officer will get exposure at prestigious organization , the NOC might be issued in couple of days.
