JK Government accords sanction to prosecution of 9 public servants

         JAMMU, MARCH 2:- The State Government has issued orders sanctioning prosecution in respect of nine public servants namely Mr. Khazir Mohammad War, the then Junior Assistant, PHE Baramulla, Mr Mohammad Shafi Bolaki, the then AAO, PHE Division Baramulla, Mr Rajinder Singh, the then Fitter, PHE Division Baramulla, Mr Nazir Ahmad Ganaie, the then Junior Assistant, PHE Baramulla, Mr Hafizullah Mir, the then Khalasi PHE Sopore.

 Mr Mohammad Amin Rather, the then Bill Clerk, FBI Division Tangmarg, Mr Farooq Ahmad Wani, the then Bill Clerk, FBI Division Tangmarg, Mr Abdul Rashid, the then Bill Clerk FBI Division Tangmarg, Mr Mohammad Saleem, the then Clerk in Tehsil Office Mandi, Poonch and S. Kulbir Singh, the then Assistant Sub-Inspector in Police Station R.S.Pura for commission of offences, punishable under  the Section 5(2) of the Jammu & Kashmir Prevention of Corruption Act.
