SRINAGAR: A local court has issued a non-bailable warrant against a former Senior Superintendent of Police (SSP) involved in alleged fake encounter of a person in 2006, reports said.
The non-bailable warrant has been issued by Principal District and Sessions Judge Bandipora against the former SSP Hans Raj Parihar after he failed to appear in the court for remaining absent during hearing of a case FIR No. 52/06 under section 120-B RPC, 364, 302, 201, 344 RPC in Police Station Sumbal, reports said.
